11.00 - egg, 8 pieces of prunes or fresh plums.
14.00 - 200 g of boiled lean meat (or sausage) and 100 g side of cabbage or carrots (preferably fresh), apple or an orange.
17.00 - 30 g cheese, orange or apple.
20.00 - a glass of sour milk or kefir.
