Dutch diet is designed for 7 days.

Monday
1 cup fruit breakfast
A cracker with smoked meat
2 cups of tea

11 am:
2 cups of coffee
1 piece of cake for breakfast (cake)
1 fruit

Lunch:
2 sandwiches with a piece of grilled ham
1 spoon tomato and fried egg + bisluk (onion)
1 cup milk bold

16 hours:
2 cups of tea
1 cup of broth

Dinner:
100 g steak grill
asparagus
2 tablespoons of mashed potato

Desserts:
fruit
1 light yogurt with 2 tablespoons of fruit. Cocktail
2 cups of coffee
drink (lemonade without Sah.)

Tuesday:
1 sandwich
1 slice of cheese 20 gr
1 krakot meat or sausage
2 cups of tea

11:00:
2 cups of coffee
1 biscuit
1 fruit

Lunch:
1 pistol-bread
processed cheese
Kiwi slices
1 cup milk drink or milk
