A diet soup diet for loosing weight

6 medium sized onions, a few tomatoes (can be canned), 1 small head of cabbage, 2 green peppers, 1 bunch celery, 1 cube vegetable broth.
Cut vegetables into small or medium-sized pieces, add water, season with salt, pepper and hot sauce (optional). Boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.

During the diet can not eat:
Alcoholic beverages, bread, carbonated beverages, any foods with fat.

Precedence diet:
1 st day: soup and all sorts of fruits, except bananas. As drinking: unsweetened tea, coffee or water.
2 nd day: soup and green vegetables (fresh, canned or foil). Refrain from corn, green peas and beans. At dinner - one baked potato with vegetable oil.
3rd day: soup, fruit and vegetables, but without potatoes.
Day 4: soup, fruit and vegetables, including bananas and skim milk.
5-Day: soup, beef and tomatoes.
6-Day: soup, beef and vegetables (especially leafy).
7-Day: soup, natural rice with vegetables, fruit juice.

By the end of Seventh-day diet you will lose 5-8 kg. If the weight is down more than 7 kg, then take a break for two days before going on a diet.
