Effective Diet

This is a very effective diet, giving greater weight loss, almost 400g. day.

Day 1 - 1 liter of milk.
Day 2 - 200g. cottage cheese and 800ml of juice without sugar, except for grape and banana.
3rd day - 1 liter of mineral water without gas.
Day 4 - 4 potatoes, cooked in "uniform" without salt, and 800ml of juice without sugar, except for grape and banana.
Day 5 - 5 apples.
Day 6 - 200g. cooked without salt lean meat and 800ml of juice without sugar, except for grape and banana.
7-Day - 1 liter of yogurt.
