Kefir diet

There are several options kefir diet. The first of them - pure monodieta: 1-1.5 liters of fresh yogurt without sugar drink five or six receptions at regular intervals. Duration of the diet - 3 days.

You can, using the same 1-1.5 liters of kefir a day, add another half a kilo-kilo of sweet fruits and vegetables. In this version of the diet can "sit" 5-6 days.

And finally, do not monovariant kefir diet (all meals cooked and eaten without sugar and salt):

Day 1 - 5 boiled potatoes and a half liter kefir;
Day 2 - 100 grams of boiled chicken and the same half liter kefir;
Day 3 - 100 grams of boiled meat plus a 1.5 liter kefir;
Day 4 - 100 grams of boiled fish and again kefir;
Day 5 - fruits and vegetables (except bananas and grapes calories!) And 1,5 liters of kefir;
Day 6 - only kefir;
Day 7 - mineral water.

Repeat diet no earlier than one month, better than a half or two.
