A healthy diet for bowel: normalizes metabolism
This diet is very helpful to the intestines. It normalizes metabolism, improves body. Hold out for 10 days and you will acquire a healthy gut, and, as result of improved metabolism, lose 5-7 kg!
During the diet consumed vitamin C, drink plenty of mineral carbonated water.
In the diet for a healthy bowel follow the main rule - do not eat: sugar, salt, soda, bread.
1 and 2 day quite hungry, try to sit on the green apples, and in the evening to drink a cup of tea with a spoonful of honey.
Day 3.
Breakfast: oatmeal, boiled in water without salt and sugar, a glass of mineral water.
Lunch: 200 g boiled beef, tomato.
Dinner: 200 g cooked rice (can be a little soy sauce), a cup of tea with lemon.
Day 4.
Breakfast: oatmeal, a cup of coffee.
Lunch: two apples, lemon slice.
Dinner: apples and oranges.
Day 5.
Breakfast: grated carrots, flavored with lemon juice, low-fat yogurt, 150 g cottage cheese, mineral water.
Lunch: baked potato, two boiled eggs, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers to pour vegetable oil.
Dinner: 200 g cooked rice (can be a little soy sauce), a cup of tea with lemon.
Day 6.
Breakfast: oatmeal.

Dinner: 200 g boiled rice.
Day 7.
Breakfast: a cup of coffee.
Lunch: vegetable soup, apple, 150 g cheese.
Dinner: yogurt.
8 day.
Breakfast: oatmeal, a glass of mineral water, broth from vegetables, three apples and oranges.
Lunch: yogurt.
Dinner: boiled fish, two oranges, tea.
Day 9.
Breakfast: yogurt.
Lunch: fish, tea.
Dinner: 200 g boiled beef, rice, three apples.
Day 10.
breakfast. kefir.
Lunch: tea with honey.
Dinner: rice, orange and lemon slice.
Diet is better not to observe during heavy work or exercise.
