Protein Diet to lose weight

This diet will allow you to lose two weeks from three to eight pounds. But keep in mind that if after it, you'll be eating as before, and in particular the use of large doses of sugar, salt, alcohol, flour and confectionery products, a former weight you type very fast.

This diet is suitable for those cases when you urgently need to lose a few pounds.

Most important in this diet - must meet the exact sequence. And do not confuse a few days, because only in this case there is a change in metabolism.

Use only those products that are listed and diet. Do not make exceptions for anything, even for a candy or a piece of cheese. The quantity of products varies depending on individual tolerance. Not able to eat polkuritsy - Boil a quarter, three large boiled carrots if desired can be replaced by two large zucchini - to small. During the day, drink boiled or mineral water, and not less than 1.5 liters. The most difficult days will come when there will be a desire to "get off" on the diet - 3rd, 4 th, 5 th and last - decisive - for three days. Then the desire to eat something becomes an obsession. This diet is based on the principle of protein food - a lot of meat and fish. Vegetables and fruits also are present, but their numbers do not balance the amount of protein, and therefore, the body gets enough carbohydrates. It is therefore not recommended to use this diet permanently, making it the basis of power for a long time. It is designed just for two weeks, not longer.
Given that the diet contains a lot of protein, I advise you not to eat too late to do a big load on the body before bedtime. And do not forget that the day should drink at least one liter of fluid.
Every human body is unique, and there is no universal diet that would suit everyone. I would not recommend this diet for elderly and very full of people - a protein increases the blood clotting and increases the risk of blood clots. But this diet is perfect for young women, leading an active lifestyle.
