The energy capacity of the diet - 1300 calories. Basic rules: drink what you like simple and mineral waters, but the amount of skim milk to your tea or coffee should not exceed 250 ml.
Every time you get to the table, try to eat a large portion of salad - prepare it celery, lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, slices of apples, beans, peppers, corn kernels and tomatoes. Charging cook one tablespoon of yoghurt, lemon juice, vinegar and spices.
Adhering to this diet, you will not feel a sense of hunger, because it contains a saturating, krupnovoloknistye products

Breakfast (alternate versions):
1) One slice of bran bread spread with margarine, one banana, one apple, some grapes;
2) a soft-boiled egg or a bag, one slice of bread with bran, one cup yogurt;
3) two slices of bread from wheat flour, one small banana, one teaspoon of honey;
4) Two dry wheat bread, a glass of milk or unsweetened orange juice, one apple

Lunch
Boil 200 g of potatoes in their jackets and eat it with one of the following additions:
1) a small portion of shredded cabbage;
2) 100 g of cottage cheese;
3) 50 g chopped lean ham or chicken;
4) two tablespoons of cooked kidney beans

Dinner
Option 1. 100 g of pasta made of wheat flour with one of the following additions:
1) 100 g of shrimp with tomatoes and garlic;
2) 50 grams of lean boiled chicken in mushroom sauce with lemon juice;
3) 50 g finely chopped ham, tomatoes and garlic.

Option 2. 200 grams of steamed or grilled fish of any (without sauce), 125 g potatoes, boiled in their jackets, and a large portion of salad from green vegetables.
Dessert: one banana or two small apples
